Registration for the 2012 Environmental Mind Grind is now complete. This years event will take place on:
April 28, 2012 ~ Aberdeen Mall
The Challenge will start at 10:30 am
Come out and support our local students who have been working hard at learning about local environmental topics such as waste, water, energy, species, spaces, transportation and air quality, and climate change. This jeopardy style Environmental Trivia Challenge is a great way to test your knowledge too. Cheer for your favourite team and help them earn extra points to win additional prizes as they compete for the grand prize of $500 for their school.
This years competitors include teams from:
- Bert Edwards Science and Technology School
- Haldane Elementary
- Juniper Ridge Elementary
- Brocklehurst Middle School
Registration for the 2013 Environmental Mind Grind will begin in September 2012.
