Affordable Recreation for Community Health
The City of Kamloops understands the value and benefits of recreation as an essential part of healthy living. Our goal is to improve the health and wellness of all citizens in our community. ARCH is a subsidy program that provides an opportunity for individuals with a limited income to participate in a variety of recreational activities.
The ARCH program has been approved by City Council and is available for the current program cycle of March 8, 2010 - August 17, 2010. After August 17th, 2010 you will need to apply for the program year of Aug 18, 2010 - August 17, 2011. Please review the documents below for information regarding the program.
