Skate Scooter By-Law 23-63
The City of Kamloops recognizes that Scooters, Skateboards and In-line Skates are an environmentally friendly method of travel.
With respect to vehicle and pedestrian traffic and to keep these activities safe for skaters and scooters the City has enacted By-Law 23-63 which prohibits or restricts using these devices in high traffic areas.
